Out-of-stock items requiring restocking:
- If restocking takes 3 days or less, we will proceed without notification
- If restocking takes more than 3 days, we will email you to confirm whether you prefer to wait or choose an alternative color/option

- Chinese New Year (based on the Chinese lunar calendar, usually falls in January or February): Our warehouse closure typically lasts 2-3 weeks. Shipping will resume based on warehouse reopening schedules.

Delivery & Package Responsibility
For United States deliveries:
- Parcel Locker: If delivered to a parcel locker, packages are held for 3 weeks. Unclaimed packages may be returned or destroyed after this period.
- Doorstep Delivery: Most deliveries are made directly to your doorstep. Carriers will take a photo as proof of successful delivery.
Important Notice:
- Once a package is successfully delivered (whether to a parcel locker or doorstep), the seller's shipping responsibility ends
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery
- Please retrieve packages promptly to avoid loss
