DELIVERY TIME OVERVIEW Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days (up to 5 business days during high-demand periods)

- North America, Australia & Middle East: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 10–12 business days
- South America: 14–20 business days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in China via UPS / China Post.
ORDER PROCESSING We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Processing time may be extended in the following cases:
- Orders containing more than 5 different products

Out-of-stock items requiring restocking:
- If restocking takes 3 days or less, we will proceed without notification
- If restocking takes more than 3 days, we will email you to confirm whether you'd like to wait or choose an alternative option
We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your specific order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at 17track.net or the carrier's website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Policies vary by country and may change based on international trade conditions. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.
In most cases, no additional fees are required beyond your checkout total. However, if customs duties are assessed upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying these directly to the courier.
SPECIAL PERIODS
- Chinese New Year (January–February, based on the lunar calendar): Our warehouse typically closes for 2–3 weeks. Shipping will resume once the warehouse reopens.
- Other circumstances: Please check the announcement banner at the top of our store for any shipping delays or updates.
DELIVERY & PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY For United States deliveries:
- Parcel Locker: Packages are held for 3 weeks. Unclaimed packages may be returned or destroyed after this period.
- Doorstep Delivery: Carriers will take a photo as proof of successful delivery.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered, our shipping responsibility ends. If your package is missing after a confirmed delivery, please contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to assist you.
