To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your parcel, please add the shipping times given below to the 5-day order processing period.
For example, if you order a custom canvas , it will need 5-7 business days of processing time and then 10-18 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 15-25 business days.
Customs And International Shipping
All of orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across china to your provided shipping address via UPS/Chinapost. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Retrieval Period: If a customer fails to retrieve the package in a timely manner, it is typically held for a period of three weeks.
Late Retrieval Handling: If the package remains unclaimed beyond the retrieval period, the shipping company may initiate the process of returning and ultimately destroying the package.
