    • Chinese New Year (based on the Chinese lunar calendar, usually falls in January or February): Our warehouse closure typically lasts 2-3 weeks. Shipping will resume based on warehouse reopening schedules.
    • Other special circumstances: Please check the announcement banner at the top of our store for any shipping delays or updates.

    We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your specific order.

    Delivery Time Calculation

    Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    • Processing Time: 1-5 business days
    • Shipping Time: 7-20 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance in different countries)

    • Processing: 5-7 business days
    • Shipping: 10-18 business days
    • Estimated Total: 15-25 business days

    International Shipping & Customs

    All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in China to destinations worldwide.

    • Customs policies vary by country and region, and may change based on international trade situations
    • You can check your country's specific import duty policies for goods from China
    • Most orders do not incur additional fees - the price you pay at checkout is typically the final total cost

    Delivery & Package Responsibility

    For United States deliveries:

    • Parcel Locker: If delivered to a parcel locker, packages are held for 3 weeks. Unclaimed packages may be returned or destroyed after this period.
    • Doorstep Delivery: Most deliveries are made directly to your doorstep. Carriers will take a photo as proof of successful delivery.

    Important Notice:

    • Once a package is successfully delivered (whether to a parcel locker or doorstep), the seller's shipping responsibility ends
    • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery
    • Please retrieve packages promptly to avoid loss

    Return & Refund

    Order Cancellation

    • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped or enters production
    • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method

    After Shipment:

    • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available
