How to Put It On (Correct Method)

⚠️ Always lie flat on your back. Standing up causes gravity to push organs downward — you'll get a much better fit and more effective support by lying down first.

Sizes are based on your actual postpartum body weight.

📌 Sizing Tip: Always size based on your current postpartum weight, not your pre-pregnancy weight.
Your body is still changing after birth — postpartum weight is typically higher than pre-pregnancy weight in the first weeks. If you are between two sizes, always go one size up. A slightly looser fit is far more comfortable and still effective. A too-tight band can cause discomfort and restrict circulation.

When to Start Wearing

  • Vaginal birth: Can begin wearing within 24–48 hours after delivery. Start with light compression and increase gradually as comfort allows.
  • C-section: Many moms begin as early as day 3 postpartum once initial soreness subsides. However, every recovery is different — always consult your OB, midwife, or postpartum care provider before starting, and do not wear directly over the incision until it is fully healed. Your doctor's guidance takes priority.

How Long to Wear

  • Start with 2–4 hours per day and gradually increase as your body adjusts
  • Remove during sleep — do not wear overnight

Order Processing Time

We typically ship orders within 1-5 business days. However, processing time may be extended in the following cases:

  • Orders containing more than 5 different products may require additional processing time
  • Customized products require an additional 2-3 days for production
  • Items currently in production
  • Out-of-stock items requiring restocking:
    • If restocking takes 3 days or less, we will proceed without notification
    • If restocking takes more than 3 days, we will email you to confirm whether you prefer to wait or choose an alternative color/option

Special Period Notice:

  • Chinese New Year (based on the Chinese lunar calendar, usually falls in January or February): Our warehouse closure typically lasts 2-3 weeks. Shipping will resume based on warehouse reopening schedules.
  • Other special circumstances: Please check the announcement banner at the top of our store for any shipping delays or updates.

International Shipping & Customs

All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in China to destinations worldwide.

Regarding Customs Duties:

  • Customs policies vary by country and region, and may change based on international trade situations
  • You can check your country's specific import duty policies for goods from China
  • Most orders do not incur additional fees - the price you pay at checkout is typically the final total cost

Delivery & Package Responsibility

For United States deliveries:

  • Parcel Locker: If delivered to a parcel locker, packages are held for 3 weeks. Unclaimed packages may be returned or destroyed after this period.
  • Doorstep Delivery: Most deliveries are made directly to your doorstep. Carriers will take a photo as proof of successful delivery.

Important Notice:

  • Once a package is successfully delivered (whether to a parcel locker or doorstep), the seller's shipping responsibility ends
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery
  • Please retrieve packages promptly to avoid loss

Return & Refund

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped or enters production
  • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available
  • You may initiate a return following our return policy below

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items showing signs of normal wear and tear after use (e.g., fabric pilling, minor seam loosening from regular handling)

Normal Wear & Tear Policy

Our baby products are designed and tested for safe daily use. However, as with all soft goods, normal wear and tear may occur over time with regular use.

What is considered normal wear and tear:

  • Minor fabric softening or pilling after repeated use and washing
  • Gradual loosening of seams or stitching after extended daily use (30+ days)
  • Color fading after multiple washes

Our commitment to safety:

  • We strongly recommend inspecting the product before each use for any signs of wear or damage
  • Discontinue use immediately if you notice any loose stitching, tears, or structural damage
  • Normal wear and tear after 30 days of use is not covered under our defect return policy; however, please contact us and we will do our best to offer a goodwill resolution

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue. In many cases, we can find a solution without requiring a return.

If a return is necessary after our discussion:

  • You will receive the return address and specific shipping requirements

Step 3: Return Shipping Responsibility

Since our products ship internationally from China, return shipping costs vary significantly by country and local courier rates.

  • For defects/errors on our part: We will work with you to find a fair solution
  • For other reasons (change of mind, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Important:

  • Return shipping costs cannot be predicted in advance as they depend on your local courier rates
  • Use a trackable shipping service - we are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Do not send returns without prior authorization

For returns due to our error (defective item, wrong item, quality issues):

  • We will ensure you receive a full refund

For returns due to other reasons (change of mind, personal preference):

  • Partial refund of product cost
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
