Processing Your Order
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 2-5 days to ship goods out of our warehouses. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Please note that customized products usually require additional production time, typically 2-3 days. This means that the processing time for your order may be longer if you have customized products included in your order. However, we will keep you informed by email if this is the case.
To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your parcel, please add the shipping times given below to the 5-day order processing period.
For example, if you order a custom canvas , it will need 5-7 business days of processing time and then 10-18 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 15-25 business days.
Customs And International Shipping
All of orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across china to your provided shipping address via UPS/Chinapost. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with UPS/Chinapost. to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from UPS/Chinapost. for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay UPS/Chinapost directly at the time of delivery.
Parcel Locker Storage and Late Retrieval
According to USPS standard practice, once a package is placed in a parcel locker, it is considered successfully delivered, and the seller's responsibility for shipping ends. However, please note the following special circumstances and details:
Retrieval Period: If a customer fails to retrieve the package in a timely manner, it is typically held for a period of three weeks.
Late Retrieval Handling: If the package remains unclaimed beyond the retrieval period, the shipping company may initiate the process of returning and ultimately destroying the package.
